From ex to the next............

Are you a serial dater or relationship person? Do you need a man in order to feel complete? If so this blog post is for you. After a relationship ends how much time do you actually take to exhale before moving on? There is definetly time needed to date yourself.  You have to reflect on what went wrong more important reflect on who you are.  Sometimes when we get so used to caring for our partners we lose ourselves in the process.  We carry baggage from unresolved issues without ever really resolving things. We compare our old partners to the new people we may come across.  There is no way to actively have a relationship with someone until you know what it is like to have a relationship with yourself.  Make yourself available to you. What that means is take time out for you without anything to cloud your emotional being and sex is included.  Sex with an ex is never really a good thing because you arent really moving on are you?  How can you move on or even know if you may want to try again with this person if your vision is being clouded by sex.  Being single is not the end of the world look at it as a hibernation period with yourself.  Another secret a man is not going to complete you.  As women we need to learn to be complete and happy within ourselves and only when this happens will you be able to share your light and love with a partner.  Before you move on to the next take time out for you!
